Spring ~ Summer 2009 Collections

Above:-Kate wears a new collection gown by Je'Taime in ivory taffeta. This sumptuous and romantic gown is rouched at the bodice and the neck and waistlines are highlighted with crystals. The skirt is flounced in Victorian style and each flounce is held with a posy of crystal flowers. The veil is from our Nieve collection and is highlighted with Austrian crystals. The simple hand tied posy of Passion roses is from Elizabeth Smith floral design. Each rose has an iridescent crystal at its heart and the posy is edged with wild ivy.

Above:- Olivia wears one of our destination collection gowns from Veromia. This gown is simple and easy to wear and because it is created from layers of chiffon is perfect for idyllic beach or Mediterranean weddings. The bodice features an unusual asymmetric rouche which is beaded, this gives height and elegance to this gown. The back closure which is laced, is also highlighted with crystals and beads. Because of the increasing popularity of weddings abroad, we have made a real effort to stock ranges of gowns which are suitable for Brides who wish for this type of wedding. Some of which you will see below.

Above:- Kate models a gown by True Bride. This modern and architectural gown is created from silver double organza and ivory organza which is highlighted with applique. It is expertly constructed and corseted and, as a result the material is sculptured around the body giving a figure hugging style with the romance of a wider skirt and train. Kate carries one of our new teardrop crystal bouquets. You can see how well it coordinates with this modern style.

Above:- Olivia wears an occasion gown from True Bride made up as bridal gown. This 1950's style gown has proved very popular with Brides who are looking for retro styling at a very competitive price. The gown here is shown in antique satin and ivory tulle and lace. The model carries a crystal posy from our 'Inspirations' bouquet range.

Above:- Classic and elegant English couture by Nicola Ann Couture. Emma wears 'Summer' from Nicola's new collection. This one piece gown features a rouched bodice an 'A' line skirt .Created in supreme silk, the bodice is decorated with rows of Austrian crystals and the train is studded with diamantè. At the back closure each hole, through which the lace up is pulled, has been turned into a tiny flower using crystals. This gives interest to the back of this gown. The teardrop bouquet is from Elizabeth Smith Floral Design and is of ivory roses and oriental lilies with crystals and ribbon in organza.

Above:- Kate wears 'Seville', one of the new collection gowns from Nicki Flynn. This elegant and sculptured gown features exquisite embroidery and beading which flows around the gown from neckline to hem. There is a choice for the embroidery and beading colour. The organza overlay is pleated and falls in gentle folds around the satin under gown. This gown is well constructed, this gives the Bride a wonderful figure and ensures that the gown is comfortable to wear all day. Also here a closer shot of the teardrop crystal bouquet.

Above:- Another of Nicki Flynn's new collection, 'Paris'. This is an ivory taffeta gown and this sample gown features black embroidery, for which here is a choice of colours. As you can see the embroidery highlights the rouching at the bust and waistline beautifully and then extends onto the train and body of the gown. This gown has expert construction and a lace up corset back.

Above:- Kate wears another gown from the Je'Taime collection. This gown is created from shell pink taffeta and once again the bodice and skirt are highlighted with glittering crystals and intricate embroidery. This dream gown has appealed to so many brides at our spring shows and is sure bring out anyones latent Princess tendencies. This gown is light and easy to wear and the hem line is constructed is such a way as to puff around the Bride. This gives a airy look to a full gown style.

Above:- Now for a complete opposite, Emma wears a 'Mermaid' style by D'Zage in satin. This figure hugging gown is rouched at the neckline and the empire line is encrusted with beads and crystals. This gown features the new design trend for '09, shoulder straps. Small buttons run from neckline to hem and the train is highlighted with crystals. The bouquet is a freestyle orchid and tropical greenery shower from our floral workshop. This modern, elegant and tailored gown is suitable for either civil or church weddings.

Above:- Emma wears one of Elizabeth Smith Couture's new gowns BG772 in ivory shantung silk with intricate silver embroidery. This is proving to be an extremely popular gown. The gown features 'just onto the shoulder' straps and our unique boning which gives the Bride a wonderful figure and, as each gown is made to measure, fitting each Brides unique profile and height is no problem. The silk gently swathes the body in a style reminiscent of the 1900's and the front of the gown is highlighted with subtle beading. The beading is available in silver or gold to which highlight colours can be added. The gown in the background on the mannequin top right photo, is 'Evangelina' by Florentina. Here shown in winter white silk. It is a beautiful layered and rouched design which is highlighted with diamntè buckles.

Above:- Emma models 'Celine' by Nicola Ann Couture. In cream supreme silk with antique appliques to the bust line and body of the gown. This unique English couture gown features a fitted, rouched bodice with tiny shoulder straps and hand made buttoned to the closure, and an 'A' line skirt which skims the hips. This is a truly elegant gown.
