The most popular design of Bridal bouquet for 2000 and 2001. A self coloured posy design containing just one type of flower. The colours here reflect the Brides and Bridesmaids theme but in reverse, so that each carries the other's colour. This is a minimal but striking idea. Large flowers such as gerberas are ideal for these bouquets, but any flower with a good and interesting shape can be used. These bouquets were finished with silver glitter and organza ribbon to carry through the silver, burgundy and ivory theme. |
A modern and striking top table arrangement in a silver metallic vase. Tropical foliage and celosias were mixed with the Brides choice of flowers to give the whole piece an exotic feel. |

Staying with a tropical theme but this time at another wedding , a wedding cake covered in a shower of sumptuous blooms. The Brides brother designed the cake stand which was meant to reflect a waterfall, so the exotics were designed to mirror this idea and cascade down each cake. The vase at the side of the four individual cakes depicted a fountain, so the flowers were arranged to bring together the design. At this wedding, the Bride chose totally separate types of flowers for the cake from her personal and attendants bouquets. This really made the cake the centerpiece in the marquee, which was the Brides special request. |
