A selection of gowns from the Elizabeth Smith in the 2011 collection.
All Elizabeth Smith Gowns are made to the Brides individual measurements and requirements.
We do not supply other bridal shops, so for that exclusive design and beautifully fitting gown, you will need to contact our Ryde shop on 01983 615973.

Above:-The back of one of the new 2011 gowns showing the inset train highlight colour with coordinating 'Passionflower' embroidery around the train insert and lace up closure.
The lace up tie at the back is made to match the inset train colour but is available in ivory if the Bride wishes.

Gown A:-{7004}

Elizabeth Smith two piece Gown:- Above Chantelle wears a 2011 collection gown shown here in plum and ivory satin with 'Passionflower' embroidery in coordinating ivory and plum thread.
The gown shown here has a gentle sweetheart neckline but this can be changed to a scooped or straight style if the Bride prefers.
The asymmetric drape is embroidered also in coloured thread as is the coordinating bolero neckline.
Both the satin cloth and embroidery thread highlight colour are available in up to 20 different colour options. A matching wrap is made with this gown in plum and ivory. The bolero is an optional extra.

Gown B:-{Tapestry - 7003}

Above Right:-Another of our lovely gowns from the 2011 collection. This gown, named 'Tapestry' after the detailed beading and embroidery featured on the neckline, front left of the skirt, train and around the lace up closure, is a graphically draped 'A' line.
The sequin and beading decoration is available in forest green, dusky pink, charcoal, royal blue, berry red and irridescant silver.
The embroidery and lace up tie at the back is available in up to 20 different colour options. The gown above is shown with a sweetheart neckline but is also available as a scoop, straight across or even halter neck if the Bride prefers.
Above Left:- A detailed picture of the back of the gown showing the lace up ties here shown in silver to match the beading and the embroidery around the back closure. Notice also the shape that our unique boning technique gives the wearer. Again this gown comes complete with a wrap for the Brides shoulders which is embroidered to match the gown.

Gown C:-{7001}

Elizabeth Smith Gown:- Above:- One of our most popular gowns. This gown is a hybrid between a full tulle Princess style gown and a tailored, graphically draped, 'A' line design. Here shown in wine red and ivory. Again the embroidery is available in up to 20 different colours. Different necklines are available and this gown comes with a detachable tulle halter neck strap and wrap.

Gown D:-{768}

Elizabeth Smith Gown Above :- One of our classic designs shown here with shimmer pink beading. This is an elegant and simple 'Princess Line' gown with a scoop neckline, unbelievable boning and lace up corset back. The beading is available in silver/clear, shimmer pink, gold, royal blue and wine red. The lace up tie at the back is made to match the beading colour.

Gown E:-{751}

Elizabeth Smith Gown Above:- One of our show stopper gowns. A Princess Line gown with a cathedral length, revere style train. In this photo, the gown is shown in smoked blue and ivory satin with a straight neckline. However, it is your choice as to which colour you use, where you have it and what neckline suits your shape. Even the length of the train and the colour of the buttons can be altered.
Embroidery can be done to highlight the gown in a colour or be left plain and simple in ivory, the back panel of this gown can again be either in a colour or in ivory satin. The choice is yours. For the evening the train loops up inside the revere over - train at the back to give a more manageable length.

Gown F:-{772}

Elizabeth Smith Gown Above:- A simple but elegant gown in ivory shantung with silver clear beading shown with its matching wrap. The sweeping neckline and waist wrap-over detail has proved popular with Brides who are looking for something different from the strapless gowns that are so numerous on the high street . This gown features a corset back and the train is left unadorned. Beading can be added to the train at an extra charge. The beading is available in silver or gold.

Gown G:-{770}

Elizabeth Smith Gown Above:- An unusual gown here, two layers of satin featuring intricate butterfly beading. Gown is shown here in ivory/silver/baby blue. The back of the gown features buttons from the base of the lace up closure to the hem. Again your choice of neckline and colour. A simple but stunning gown for a country garden wedding.

Gown H:-{7002}

Elizabeth Smith Gown Above:- One for the secret princess inside. A full skirted ball gown style in ivory tulle featuring silver and clear crystals heavily sewn onto the neckline and skirt. This gown has unusually, shoulder straps, but can be made strapless if you wish. The sash is optional and coloured crystals can be added to the neckline and skirt scatter to highlight your chosen colour. Gown has a small sweep train, heavy boning, corset back and lace up colour of your choice. The dropped waist shows off a tiny figure and then the full skirt sweeps the floor to give an opulent look.

Gown I:-{Anathasia}

Elizabeth Smith Gown Above:- A winter white, silk and tulle gown from Elizabeth Smith made by Florentina. Inspired by the gowns seen in the 1860's this corsetted, roughed gown features a jewelled crystal neckline and belt with small sweep train . The tulle undergown is also scattered with crystals. The neckline shape can be changed and there are wide colour options for the silk over gown. A truly romantic gown with the aah factor built in.

Gown J:-{769}

Elizabeth Smith Gown Above:- One of our all time favorite gowns. This organza and satin gown features trellis embroidery of leaves and vines in as many different colour ways as you can imagine. We have produced this gown for Brides in every colour from simple ivory to dramatic black and each time it looks superb. Shown here with a straight neckline, but the new black sample gown here at the shop, (see pictures of sample dress lower down the page), has a gentle sweetheart shape. Gown has a corset back, heavy boning and church length train. We can also make a cute little organza bolero to go with this gown if the Bride wishes, however this will cost extra.

Gown K:-{768EL}

Elizabeth Smith Gown Above top:- The back detail of the 'Bow and Tails' gown. Shown here in mint and ivory satin with clear beading , mint buttons and mint piping. A cute little gown with lovely long tails to the little Tiffany bow. This gown looks amazing in any colour.
Above lower:- The front of the same gown showing the pleated cummerbund and piping at the scooped neckline. Detailed floral beading and crystals complete the look. Another gown for a simple country wedding but make sure you have some stone steps or an area big enough to show off that breathtaking train! Comes complete with a matching wrap which is edged in the highlight satin colour.

Gown L:-{Nicole}

Elizabeth Smith Gown Above:- How cute is this? A modern little 'T' length gown in silk with box pleats and sweetie neckline. If you don't fancy a 'standard' gown then look at this. Made individually for you.
You can change the neckline and add a jacket or shrug if you wish. By the way, the 50's birdcage veil is one of a number of retro headpieces and veils that are available to glam up your retro gowns , designed by us just for you.

Gown M:-{2322 with Jacket (optional extra)}

Elizabeth Smith Gown Above:- Another 50's style bridal gown this time with a little roll-collar jacket in Italian satin and tulle. The sash is optional and the embroidery and satin ribbon at the hem can be made in up to 20 colours. The gown itself can be made in a wide range of coloured satins. This gown has short capped sleeves and a 'V' shaped neckline but we have made this gown for clients as a strapless sweetheart previously. The jacket is extra and can be made with the same embroidery on the cuffs and or collar.

Gown N:-{Chantelle}

Elizabeth Smith Gown Above:- A halterneck 'A' line with sumptious embroidery in ivory satin and pewter thread. A simple design featuring an over dress which has an embroidered bodice and train and an undergown which is embroidered at the front hem. The gown has a corset back and a church length train. The halterneck is a flattering shape finishing at the back of the neck with little buttons. This would be a great gown for a beach or garden wedding, being relaxed and modern but at the same time traditional.

Gown P:-{769 in Black / Ivory}

Elizabeth Smith Gown Above Top:- A stunning 2011 remake of the 'A' line gown shown earlier. This time this gown incorporates our unique heavy boning technique and has a gentle sweetheart neckline. The embroidery is all in matt black thread on ivory Italian satin. Shown here with a black edged veil and antique pewter tiara, the effect is eye catching.
Above Middle: A close up shot of the embroidery at the waistline and lace up back.
Above Bottom:- Full length shot of the back of the gown showing the trellis embroidery and beading. his gown comes with an embroidered organza wrap that matches the overlay at the front.

Gown Q:-{771 'Roses'}

Elizabeth Smith Gown Above Top:- 'Roses'. Another of our most popular gown styles. This semi flared 'A' line gown features a unique three quarter drape at the waist which is accentuated by hand beaded roses. This crystal studded dress can be highlighted with up to 20 different thread colours for the leaves and the central crystals in the roses and lace up tie at the back can also be changed.
The gown shown here is the ivory/ivory/shimmer pink version. The train of this gown is fully beaded as is the complimentary wrap. This gown also looks great with a small fitted jacket and spaghetti straps.
Above Bottom:- A close up photo of the waist detail which also shows the beading on the bodice and skirt under gown.

Gown R:-{7005}

Elizabeth Smith Gown Above:- A photo of what is becoming the must have gown from our new 2011 collection. Created in taffeta and hand beaded in crystal, this effortless and timeless semi fitted gown is simplicity personified.
The taffeta is draped around the body of the gown to give an asymmetric style and then the ruching is highlighted with crystals and pearls which extend to the church length train. The boning extends down the gown to below hip level to give a wonderful silhouette. The sweetheart neck line can be changed to a straight if you wish and colours added. A taffeta beaded wrap is included in the price.
We have a new sample piece similar to this gown on its way which incorporates our popular 'just on to the shoulder' straps, to cater for those Brides looking for more coverage on the bodice. This new gown has been created with red beading and lace up to compliment a coordinating coat design which is being introduced for 2011. Watch this space! The taffeta gown shown above is slightly more expensive than our normal gown designs due to the cost of the materials used.
